Imagine a battlefield littered with the corpses of slain troops. All of those lifeless bodies going to waste. These Magi have an ability to re-animate the corpses of the fallen and use them to serve their purposes. Many of these Magi have died in the service of their King and/or Queen. They are brought back using a special combination of Lich magick and Necromancy to serve once more. When one falls on the battlefield, they raise again and again, never seeming to lose their steam. Each individual Returned has their own magick that they are proficient with. Some are better with blood magick, while others work well with death magicks. They are all able to resurrect themselves and others using their special combination of magick however.
