These aquatic beings are simply mesmerizing. They possess webbed feet and hands that help them to glide along beneath the water, and above it too! Many of them have multi-colored scales that cover their bodies in patches here and there as well as gills and fins that jut from their backs and elbows. Their hair and eye colors all range from vibrant, almost neon colors to dull blacks and browns.
The Koi Pond Fae, though aquatic beings; can still traverse on land for quite some time. Many of them have villages both beneath the waters and several scattered along the waters edge just a skip away.
They work primarily with the elements of Water and Earth and have been known to help the plants beneath the water grow to cultivate them during harvest. These beings also work very well with divination of many forms. They bask in the rays of the full moon and often hold very lively banquets during these times. Using their elemental abilities, these beings are also able to help manifest wishes! More towards smaller wishes than bigger ones, like for instance; helping your garden thrive or possibly healing a sick fur-baby. Any wish for financial gain will be overlooked by these beings as it isn't really something they work towards, though that doesn't mean they won't try.
While aquatic, these beings are still carnivorous. Some have very sharp teeth, others have duller ones. They say it's due to the difference of being born in the water or on land. Some of the Koi Pond Fae are also able to take the form of a Koi fish to blend in with the wildlife around them, which is part of the reason for their name, besides their brightly colored scaling.
