• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  At this time, I do not ship outside of the US.

  Nearly all of my listings can be bound directly to spirit or to a vessel you own so there is no need to ship most of the time unless a customer requests a specific vessel to be made or worked on.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• How long does a Conjure usually take?

  All conjures done by me have a vetting process of up to one month. This is so I can make sure that the being is safe to be around humans, pets and other beings. There are times when I have a larger work load that I may need extra time to ensure that some beings are safe.

  The reason it takes a month to vet a being is so I can sit down one on one with each conjured being and interview them. I also watch them interact with other beings and how they do with the animals that I have around the house as well as the other members of my physical family.

  If by chance a being shows any harmful intentions towards either myself or any of my own companions or other family members, I reserve the right to banish said being and do another conjure for my client at no additional cost to them.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
