These Demon Dolls are a type of guard from the Dollhouse of Ruin. Many of them resemble ball joint dolls and can range from three foot tall to well over seven foot tall. They are made from a variety of materials including porcelain, plastics, ceramics, wood, metals and more. The reason they are called Hollow Dolls is because on the inside of each of these beings is a hollow cavity where sigils and runes are inscribed to keep a soul attached to the doll itself. Some are made anatomically correct while others have no real gender other than what the soul attached to the doll wishes to be. These Demon Dolls are usually called on to protect people. They can be called in singularly or by the dozens depending on the situation and how much power is needed.

These Demon Dolls work with the effects of bad karma. They use it to influence the outcome of battles, targeting their enemies and pulling down the full force of their target's bad karma in one devastating hit. Some can work with the tides of bad karma to help ease it from impacting as hard on their keeper as it usually would, however; most use this skill for battle use only.

They are capable of both unhexing/uncursing as well as casting hexes/curses on their enemies. They are used primarily as a line of defense for some of the wealthier families. They target the source of a hex/curse and can break the chain as quickly as it was created, turning the hex/curse into a useless void of energy or they can redirect the hex/curse directly back towards the caster.

Many of these Demon Dolls are also able to create powerful shields, barriers and wards that help to protect against hexes/curses as well as other undesirable things. They are usually called upon to place shields up around special estates, especially during times of strife or struggle among the masses.

These Demon Dolls also have the ability to bind harmful beings/magick/energy that is directed towards the one they are in charge of protecting. Often times they can use any energy or magick they bind as harmful and redirect it towards the one that sent it.

Causing anxiety/deep depression/hysteria/paranoia is also among these Demon Doll's list of abilities. When faced with any battle, some of these Demon Dolls prefer to instill paranoia and anxiety in their enemies beforehand to mess with their enemies senses as well as making them less competent in battle.
