These beings can sometimes be a bit difficult to work with as they are literally two beings in one. Most of these beings are created when a child is sick. Usually it's the parents that seek help for their sick children. They use means of black magick to call forth demons to beg and plead in order to save their child's life. The demons that come forward from such rituals are ones that are desperate to have life, to live among the beings of their world. In most cases, the children that do survive these ordeals are never the same. They literally have two souls living within one body.

Over time, the demon's soul devours the child's soul and possesses full control while merging with the child's soul. This leads to a somewhat volatile combination. While the demon remains in control, it also takes on personality traits of the child that it inhabits. Sometimes they will become playful and fun loving, while other times they can become violent and throw extremely dangerous tantrums.

Many times the child grows up like normal and can lead a semi-normal life, however; there are times when the demon's power becomes too much. When the child is pushed too far, when they're backed into a corner or stressed, irritated, scared or even overly excited, the demon's power can lash out without warning. Each Cursed Child is different in and of themselves as they don't always receive the same type of demon that is willing to help them. Sometimes a Cursed Child may receive a fire based demon while another Cursed Child may receive a demon that deals with Necromancy.
