Similar to Hell Hounds, these canine companions are very loyal to the one they choose to stay with. However, unlike their cousins; the Lucian Hounds are avid shapeshifters and can take on nearly any canine-like form that they can imagine. They also have a human form that they can take when necessary to protect their companion or whenever they feel like hanging out with you rather than simply being a guardian. Although they make for excellent guardians and protectors as they will fight fiercely for you whenever they feel you are being wronged, these Hounds are not for everyone. Their energy can be intense at times as they are constantly on guard, always keeping their eyes and ears open for anything and everything. Put very simply, they are high energy, high impact, no-nonsense beings that take your protection very seriously and once a bond has been formed, will only leave your side when you take your very last breath in this plane of existence.
